The Prorated Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear.

The need to E-Register

To obtain the benefits of this Limited Warranty, please E-register within 21 days of mattress delivery.

Original Purchaser only

This Limited Warranty is only for the benefit of the original purchaser (“the purchaser”) of the product. All Lotus Mattress limited warranties are not transferable. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

During the Prorated Limited Warranty

For the first 1 year upon the date of delivery, Lotus will at its option, repair or replace a Lotus mattress due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).

After the first 1 year upon the date of delivery, any replacement or repair of Lotus mattress will be calculated based on the number of years you have used your current mattress.

If the mattress is replaced during period of repair or replacement cost after no charge period, the prorated replacement cost customer pays will be product’s retail price divide by total limited warranty period multiplied by the number of years used.

For example if the mattress is replaced during the third year and the retail price of replaced mattress is $2000, the replacement charge for the product in year three would be $2000 / 12 x 3 = $500.

Lotus reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an insanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

If customer pays the replacement cost required in connection with a claim made during the prorated coverage period, the existing warranty will continue to cover the replacement mattress for the balance of the years in the limited warranty period.

Transportation

All Transportation charges will be met by the purchaser during the Prorated Limited Warranty period. Please ask authorized dealer in your country.

Availability of Identical Mattress/Materials

If identical mattress/materials are not available at time of repair or replacement, Lotus reserves the right to substitute mattress/materials of equal quality.

Mattress Internal Components

• Coils or wires that are loose or broken
• Coils or wires that protrude or tear through any fabric
• Latex layers that is defective with crack or split despite normal use.

The Prorated Limited Warranty does not Cover

• Mattress fabric (including stains, soiling or burns)
• Normal body indentations (less than 30mm)
• Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress and foundation, bent due to moving or folding the sleep set
• Bedding sold “As is” / Bed height / Comfort Preference / Sheet fit
• Damage due to abuse
• Structural damage from using an improper bed frame.
